At Fusion Life Style, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), and all orders must be prepaid and Shipping Chargers will be extra added in the cart based on the weight Once your order is confirmed, we process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Delivery within Tamil Nadu typically takes 2–3 business days, while orders to other states across India are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Fusion Life Style, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges in case of size issues or if you receive a wrong or defective product. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. For size exchanges, customers are required to ship the product back to our Fusion Life Style, Avadi address in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and without any damage. Once we receive and inspect the product, our team will contact you to process the exchange order. Please note that exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer for size-related exchanges. If you receive a wrong or defective product, Fusion Life Style will arrange and bear the return shipping cost and will dispatch the correct replacement at no additional charge. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any claim regarding wrong, damaged, or defective products and for smooth processing of exchange requests.
